Right. And libcgi-application-plugin-ajaxupload-perl has no rdeps and
can be removed from testing as well.


The interesting detail is that
- libtest-cgi-multipart-perl was removed from testing on 2013-12-15
- libcgi-application-plugin-ajaxupload-perl nevertheless migrated to
  testing on 2014-07-05

Ah, libtest-cgi-multipart-perl is only a _build_ dependency. That
explains.


What we could do is drop the build dependency and stop running the
three tests which need it; but this doesn't feel particularly right
...
