So this looks like fallout from the "no . in @INC" CVE and the
resulting problems in base.pm.

Adding 'use lib ".";' in t/Graph/Writer/DSM.t and
t/Graph/Writer/DSM/HTML.t helps; not sure if this is the best way.

s/base/parent/ also works, maybe that's less fishy.
