OK, so I think it's great time to remove libpoe-api-peek-perl and its
reverse dependencies:  libpoe-component-ikc-perl and
libpoe-component-server-http-perl.

I'll do that at some point but probably not before September, so
anyone: feel free to be faster than me :)
