Six bugs filed:

 #834795 libmethod-signatures-perl: depends on libdata-alias-perl, broken with Perl 5.24
 #834796 libdata-visitor-perl: depends on libdata-alias-perl, broken with Perl 5.24
#834797 lintian: depends on libdata-alias-perl, broken with Perl 5.24
 #834798 libvar-pairs-perl: depends on libdata-alias-perl, broken with Perl 5.24
 #834799 libdevel-callparser-perl: depends on libdata-alias-perl, broken with Perl 5.24
 #834800 libkavorka-perl: depends on libdata-alias-perl, broken with Perl 5.24

Marking those as blocking the transition bug (#830200).
