Bug#834816: debsums: add option to exclude some packages

Hello,
there are some situations where you know a package will fail debsums, but it's
"ok" (in particular for internal packages, never pushed to debian) so it would
be great to have a `-x` option to exclude a list of packages from debsums
checks, bonus point if it supports regex
