Bug#835275: licensecheck should say Expat when the version of MIT/X11 matches it

package: licensecheck
version: 3.0.22-1

Copyright format at
https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/#license-specification

says,
"There are many versions of the MIT license. Please use Expat instead,
when it matches."

It would be very useful to have licensecheck display Expat when it
matches. It is a constant source of confusion, especially for new
contributers (most of the ruby libraries use expat variant of MIT and we
always have new contributors in ruby team).

Now it is,

gitlab$ licensecheck --copyright LICENSE
LICENSE: MIT/X11 (BSD like)
  [Copyright: 2011-2016 GitLab B.V.]

It could be something like

LICENSE: Expat variant of MIT/X11 (BSD like)
