Bug#835412: libzmq-ffi-perl: FTBFS too much often, makes sbuild to hang

Dear maintainer:

I tried to build this package with "dpkg-buildpackage -A" and
it failed several times.

The build just makes sbuild to hang:

[ As usual, because this package is "Arch: all", the fact that I was
  doing "dpkg-buildpackage -A" is not particularly important ].

I attach four different build logs. At least in two cases I didn't use
eatmydata, so apparently eatmydata is not to blame for this.
