Bug#835075: FTBFS with gnupg2

It seems we have (had) 3 packages where tests fails with gnupg2:

#834522 libgnupg-perl
#835075 libmail-gnupg-perl
#834281 libgnupg-interface-perl

The third one was fixed by intri by making it use gnupg1. Should we
do the same for the two other bugs?
