Same here, both during build and autopkgtest.

Looking a bit further,
https://ci.debian.net/packages/libd/libdbix-class-perl/ doesn't have
failures yet;
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/libdbix-class-perl.html
shows that the failures started > 2016-08-17 and < 2016-08-26
