Hello,
Package libmath-gsl-perl FTBFS on mips and mipsel
with following error:
/usr/bin/ld: xs/BLAS_wrap.1.16.o: relocation R_MIPS_HI16 against `__gnu_local_gp' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC

I have created and attached a patch resolving this issue.

Patch is tested on mips, mipsel, mips64el and i386. 
With this patch package was build successfully.

Please include this patch.
