FWIW, I concur.

Also, libpoe-component-server-http-perl Build-Depends on
libpoe-api-peek-perl, that itself has very low popcon (vote: 2) and no
{build,runtime} reverse dependencies, so IMO this reveres-build-dep
should not block removal.
