You are right.  Installing it got cme working again. No idea how that
package got uninstalled from my sid chroot.  'cme update dpkg-copyright'
used to work here, and suddenly no longer worked.

Perhaps the error message should be improved to suggest to install the
libconfig-model-dpkg-perl package if dpkg-copyright is used?
