Bug#929694: cme update dpkg-copyright removes manually added copyright entries

After cme update dpkg-copyright on node-gulp 
(https://salsa.debian.org/js-team/node-gulp) git diff shows

 Copyright: 2014-2018, Jon Schlinkert.
- 2012, 2013 moutjs team and contributors (http://moutjs.com)
 License: Expat

But license-reconcile says this
Copyright mismatch: File make-iterator/README.md: Trying to match 
'moutjs team and contributors (http:moutjs.com)' against 'Jon 
Schlinkert.' but it does not look like a good match. at 
/usr/share/perl5/Debian/LicenseReconcile/App.pm line 222, <GEN0> line 3.

I think cme should not remove manually added copyright entries. Also it 
would be nice to adapt cme to this case detected by license-reconcile.
