    This is still the case in the current version. But as reassigned to

    libpdf-api2-perl, this seems like a feature request more than a bug:

    PDF::API2 only supports certain kinds of compression, and duly

    errors out if an unsupported kind is requested. Unfortunately,

    upstream has been unmaintained since 2008, so the chances of

    significant new functionality being added are quite low, unless a

    new upstream maintainer is found.<br>
