[Pkg-phototools-devel] Questions about libpano*-bin

I'm a bit astonished by the content of debian/libpano12-bin.install:
| usr/bin/pano12info
| usr/bin/PTOptimizer

since your changelog states:
|  * libpano12-bin now include PTblender, PTmender, and PTtiff2psd.
|    Closes: #365590.
|  * Added manpages for PTblender, PTmender, and PTtiff2psd.

And indeed, we have:
| debian/manpages/pano12info.1  debian/manpages/PTmender.1
| debian/manpages/PTtiff2psd.1  debian/manpages/PTblender.1
| debian/manpages/PTOptimizer.1 debian/manpages/PTuncrop.1

Maybe something went wrong during the NMU? Looks like since the 2.8.3-1
version used to contain:

Are you aware of any reason not to include all built binaries?

I've browsed various links to flamewars about licensing issues, but that
doesn't seem to apply to those tools.
