looks like I was not clear enough, let me clarify:

Sebastian was talking about shipping hugin 0.6 in lenny. Since 
testing does not contain any version of hugin and sid contains an SVN
snapshot shipping hugin 0.6 in lenny would require adding hugin 0.6
directly to testing.[1]

[1] There is also the theoretical possibility of uploading hugin 0.6
with an epoch to sid, superseding the svn snapshot.
