Hello,

I have been able to reproduce the bug with a simple two-picture panorama by
following these steps:

#1 start without any configuration
rm -rf ~/.config ~/.hugin ~/.recently-used.xbel
#2 start hugin
#3 Switch to Images tab
#4 Open File->Preferences and exit with [Cancel]
#5 Push [Add time-series...] and add the two images
#6 [Create control points]
#7 Tab Optimiser [Optimize now]
#8 Tab Exposure [Optimize now]
#9 Tab Stitcher
   [Calculate Field of View]
   [Calculate Optimal Size]
[Stitch Now!] (type in a output name, e.g "blah" and press [Save]

It also works with the assistant. (First Open File->Preferences and exit
with [Cancel], then run through the assistant.)

The critical step is #4 plus not having manually saved the options
before. Doing "Open File->Preferences" and exiting with *ok* instead
of *cancel* makes te problem go away _for_ _ever_. Otoh if you exit
hugin after the error and restart it again (without rm -rf ~/.config
~/.hugin ~/.recently-used.xbel) the problem is reproducible by #1-#9
on the next start again.

This also applies to the final 0.7.0 release.
