When trying to run the nona stitcher, I get this error:

nona -z PACKBITS -r ldr -m TIFF_m -o MarshField -i 0 /tmp/huginpto_hXEB49
nona: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_thread-gcc-
mt-1_33_1.so.1.33.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
make: *** [MarshField0000.tif] Error 127

Presumably because nona still tries to use the old version (which isn't listed 
as a dependency).
