2.4.4-1 reached testing, 2.4.5-1 being uploaded. Nothing really new,
more/fixed support for some cameras. Hurd support is dropped for now
(patch no longer applies), I'll submit the rest of the patches to
upstream for review (not sure it was done already, let's make sure).

I didn't hesitate to upload, since there's no new symbols, etc., so that
shouldn't harm any ongoing transition.

I take it as you're happy with what I do, then I continue. :)
