cache download looked strange, I know that we suck a bit of memory
due to storing the last 2 downloaded images, but it should not be that
the increase max entries patch is a binary incompatible change which
increases the fixed 1024 -> 2048 limit.
In libgphoto2 2.5 (Codename: "No limits" ;) this limit will be gone and

I saw that one and did a fix.
