I am a little bit out of my depth. What kind of graphic adapter are
you using? Do you have a /etc/X11/xorg.conf or are you relying on auto
configuration? Is the glx module being loaded? (/var/log/Xorg.0.log)

That is normal. Not all packages include the checksums.
