Hello,

Pulling patch-IlmImfTest_testOptimizedInterleavePatterns.cpp from
FreeBSD lets the testsuite succeed on linux/i386.

@OpenEXR: FreeBSD is applying a couple of patches, it probably makes
sense to review each of these.
