Hi Matteo,

I've compiled successfully openexr (after getting the update of ilmbase [1] to work).

Regarding debian patches:
CVE-* --> I believe they are fixed
fix_gcc4.3_ftbfs.diff --> refreshed
nonlinuxlargestack.diff --> I believe it's fiexed
typos.patch --> refreshed (this tiny typo is still not fixed upsteam)
20_autoreconf.diff --> I've replaces this with autoreconf.patch which is based on the original patch
omit-define-standard-version.patch --> curious bug, see description
disable-test-due-to-missing-file.patch --> see description

And again, a real update of symbol file is needed.

I've attached a cumulative patch of debian folder (openexr-2.2.0-debian.patch) and debian/patches as separate files.

Now blender-git compiles :)
