as you can see there isn't a /usr/bin/iv executable, nevertheless there
is the relative man page /usr/share/man/man1/iv.1.gz

Indeed in the list of file https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/openimageio-tools/filelist
/usr/bin/iv is correctely reported.
