The patches are nicely separated and can be found in the Ubuntu source
diffs.  I've sent the links to #316447, and was afterwards informed (in
#323366) that one of the Debian maintainers has written them himself. ;-)
I don't know whether they are needed or if they can apply to woody's
sources.
