Dear Debian PHP Maintainers,

I just would to ask you if (and eventually when) you're going to package 
php-mdb2 (pear package -> http://pear.php.net/package/MDB2) for Debian?

I see that php-log has this package as a depedency, but php-mdb2 cannot be 
found in the archive.
