Perl from PHP description.

Package: php4
Severity: minor
Hello,
the description of most PHP related packages (independent of the
version) contains the explanation that "Much of its syntax is borrowed
from C, Java and Perl". This leads to the effect that searching for
specific Perl and Java libraries always finds PHP libraries as well.
e.g. "apt-cache search ldap java" brings all the php?-ldap libraries,
instead of only Java libraries (currently none BTW).
Thanks, Eric
