this package just includes architecture indepented files (text or scripts)
and IMHO the Architecture: should be changed to all.

It also contains changelogs, and due to the way the package dependencies
are handled in binNMUs, I consider it saner if the package is arch:any,
despite how incorrect this may seem at first glance.  Yes, this was a
conscious decision, not a mistake. :)
