either by browser or by command line I get connect() failed,
OSERR:111:"Connection refused"

Package: php4
Version: 4:4.4.2-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
when trying to run the homepage of newly installed CMS phpwebsite I got several errors:
Interactive mode enabled
connect() failed
OSERR:111:"Connection refused"
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: loadconfig() in /home/sites/pays_lnca/web2/phpwebsite/index.php on line 33
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: loadconfig() in /home/sites/pays_lnca/web2/phpwebsite/index.php on line 33
what is very strange is that there's no connect command in the code, and the loadconfig function mentionned is located at line 30, not 33
and this function definition is in the same file so it should not be a problem to find as it's not an include
