i have to admit i'm not familiar enough with sqlite to know what the
implications are with sqlite0 vs sqlite3.  istr that the file format
is different between the versions, but i don't know what would happen
if we changed the build-deps in unstable to explicitly use sqlite3.
anyone more knowledgable care to chime in?
