[php-maint] Bug#385698: Please enable the php5-ming module

Ming, the SWFoutput library has just re-entered Debian as libming0.
Stuart Anderson tell you to enable the ming module in the php4 packages (Bug#377288),
so I will like to have it enabled in the php5 packages too.
