Huh?  I hope not; that would be rather pathological for PHP to link against
the C++ API when it's nothing but a wrapper around the C API anyway.  (If it
did, maybe /that/ would be a reason to avoid packaging it, due to the
implied poor quality...)

But the license of libgmpxx4 is the same as for libgmp3c2.
