[php-maint] release of pear packages

Hey guyes,

Peter has asked for the release of the pear packages php-auth-sasl. The
current svn version build with no errors in a sid environment.

But how do we want to handle releases in future? I can tag the version's
and drop a mail to this list, asking you to release this version. Would
this be OK for your?
