[php-maint] Bug#463397: dba_open fails

As per subject, 5.2.5-1 breaks dba_open:

PHP Warning:  dba_popen(/var/lib/test/test.db,c) [<a  
href='function.dba-popen'>function.dba-popen</a>]: Driver  
initialization failed for handler: db4: Invalid argument in ...

(the open mode is not relevant). I didn't test with other handlers.

Downgrading to 5.2.4-2+b1 fixes the problem.
