i got distracted by stuff, amongst other things migrating php from svn
to git, and then later fixing that obscure crasher bug for libmysqlclient/php5
in stable.

i'm going to prepare an RC-fixing upload for unstable tonight and then
i'll return my attention to stable/oldstable.
