[php-maint] RFS: php-html-template-it (updated package)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 1:1.2.1-3
of the package "php-html-template-it", which i intend to adopt.

It builds these binary packages:
php-html-template-it - PEAR HTML Isotemplate API

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 529584 (RC), 488767 (N), 529674 (ITA)
