Nothing, the point I was trying to make was that every package has its
own repository.
E.g. php, php-adodb.

The rest of the packages are maintained under svn so they of course
don't show up there.

As soon as you are granted access to the project you will be able to
create your own repository under the pkg-php project where you should
push your changes.
You will be completely responsible of your repository.
