[php-maint] Working on php packages (2/2)

it looks like php >= 5.2.10 (including 5.3) includes this file.  i'm
not familiar enough with this case to know if that means it's including
the full library or not, someone with more knowledge of the module in
question should take a look and weigh in in the BR.

you're definitely welcome to join.  there's a shared svn and git space
available for hosting the packages, and you can cc your RFS requests
to this list.  if you're not aware of it, there's some packaging guidelines
available [1] too.

speaking of which, i know there have been a number of RFS's posted here
in the past couple weeks, have they been seen to (either by someone from
this list or elsewhere?)  if not maybe we should keep a wiki page or
similar?  i don't really have a lot of time to spend on sponsoring/reviewing,
but if that page were there maybe I or someone else could more easily donate
some spare cycles to the effort.
