[php-maint] Bug#520897: php-mdb2-driver-pgsql: please include version 1.5.0 in debian

Old version of php-mdb2-driver-pgsql renders current version of
roundcude webmail client almost unusable.

First - it has to be patched to work at all 
(see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=519104

Second - saving user identities does not work, see
