As far as i can see, there's nothing in the LiteSpeed sapi that
prevents it from being used with any of Debian's free web servers.

I apologise if the licensing link provided was out-of date. If you
look in the php sources, you can see there is a double-license in each
source file there. One php license + the Litespeed bsd license. Sorry
I am no licensing expert, however the license seems permissive enough.
Litespeed's license looks to be a non-conflicting BSD license.
