5.3.1-4 is ready to migrate today. Perhaps it would be better to have this
version migrate to testing, and after that fix this bug and make another
upload, since we can in this stage of the releaseprocess use the extra
days of 5.3 being exposed to testing users really well. Another upload
will take quite some days because buildd backlogs etc.

We could accomplish this by downgrading 570111 to important since, which
in my opinion would be justifiable since parallel building is not the
default so it's perfectly possible to build the package. Plus the
to-migrate package fixes an RC bug in testing aswell. This bug should be
fixed nonetheless of course, and it will be soon, but perhaps we should
avoid to block 5.3.1-4 migration on it?
