[php-maint] php 5.3.1 in experimental

Hi all,

I have updated our experimental git to 5.3.1, now I am running test
build and if everything goes ok, I'll git push and upload 5.3.1 to
experimental.

No big changes made, I just had to drop gd patch (merged upstream),
update suhosin patch (official version), adapt two or three patches to
a new version. I also quilt refreshed all fuzzy patches along the way,
so they don't divert too much in ongoing versions.

I am going to spend some more time packaging tomorrow (opendnssec is
big item on my TODO list), so I may also update our unstable branch to
5.2.12. No promises though.
