dug up and sent along to you guys off-list and encrypted.  let me know
if you don't get it.  i've also added you as admins.

i seem to be inventing memories, as i thought there was a way to
whitelist based on Recieved: headers or the envelope sender or something.

so instead i've set it up to allow posts from anyone with a @debian.org
address and anyone subscribed to the pkg-php-maint list, hoping that it
will at least lower the number of mails that get snagged.

i've also bumped the max message size to 256k, as i've also seen some
messages (particularly the patch refreshes and .po files) get caught
due to that.
