5.2.12 is about to migrate to testing.

What does everyone think about the short_open_tag and request_order issues?

I was thinking we could enable the E_DEPRECATED warning for now and
disable it before we release.
request_order is potentially going to break multiple applications, but
I think we could let the default settings be used and when removing
the E_DEPRECATED warning for short_open_tags also restore the 5.2
value of _REQUEST (i.e. define it as GPC).
