[php-maint] Bug#601243: php5-fpm: fails to install via aptitude if /var/www does not exist

When attempting to install php5-fpm via aptitude -t experimenta install php5-fpm
if the directory /var/www does not exist then an error will be thrown (see below).
This is simple enough to workaround (mkdir -p /var/www). I am using the nginx
webserver which does not create the /var/www directory.
The error message is:
