[php-maint] lenny backports request: php-net-smtp and php5-intl

I can work on the backport of php-net-smtp. But ph5-intl is built from
src:php itself. Here, you are asking to have php 5.3.3 backported to
Lenny. Isn't this unreasonable work, just for backporting roundcube?
Plus, IRRC, there used to be a backport of Roundcube in Lenny.

Your thoughts?
