But these files aren't bothering so much, since it's only in the
mods-available and not in mods-enabled, right?

Also, if we have this, does it means we will have to modify all php5-*
packages to use that new scheme, and call php5{en,dis}mod in the
postinst or prerm ? That's the kind of work that I believe I could take
(eg: filling the relevant bug reports, doing delayed NMUs, etc.).
