[php-maint] --enable-embed sapi

Hi, i am the maintainer of the uWSGI project

Recently the project got php support

http://projects.unbit.it/uwsgi/wiki/PHP

It relies on libphp, only available when php is built with the --enable-embed option
(libphp is considered a sapi)

Is it possibile to have a libphp5/libphp5-dev package ?
