After segfaulting with php5 I discovered the true culprit that was
ultimately causing the php5 mod to segfault:<br>

The offendning package:<br>

php5-librdf<br>
<br>
This segfault is the result of upgrading to libraptor2-0<br>
<br>

Disabling the php5 module and restarting Apache2.2 resumes access to the server.
Unfortunately, this completely hoses PHP5 development.
