The same thing happened to me during an upgrade from the testing version<br>
of PHP to the unstable version just now.  The command-line that I ran<br>
was:<br>

    ruby-remctl python-remctl php5-remctl libnet-remctl-perl<br>

since I was actually testing the remctl packages.  That did the normal<br>
aptitude thing of prompting whether I wanted to remove php5-cli and<br>
libremctl-dev or upgrade them and I choose to upgrade them, which<br>
resulted in the following solution:<br>
